Oh, happy day. I GOT INTO DENTAL HYGIENE SCHOOL! After almost two years of trying (and waiting), I finally got my acceptance letter!
This takes such a huge weight off of everything. Not gonna lie, it'll be a tough two years. My husband will be fresh in his new career. We'll be relying solely on his income for the most part since I'll be in school full-time. We'll be new to this whole parenting thing. And I just can't wrap my head around the fact that our baby will be walking and (possibly) talking at my graduation. Two years seems so far away, but the more I think about it, the closer it feels. I'm getting all teary-eyed just thinking about it. Damn pregnancy hormones.
In other news, I've got my glucose tolerance test tonight. And I totally forgot about it and ate a handful of Skittles this morning before I remembered. Hopefully the Skittles won't skew the test results.
